Create Account Credentials
Open the AmdVPN user panel and enter the username you plan to use long term on the account creation page. Set a strong password that you do not reuse across other websites. AmdVPN does not require an email address, so there is no inbox confirmation step; seeing the sign-in link or account panel after submission means this step is complete. Your username and password will be used to access the account overview, check plan status, and retrieve subscription details. Consider saving them in a password manager on your device.
If the page remains unchanged after submission, read the message near the input fields, check the username format, and make sure both password entries match before trying again. Do not create multiple accounts to resolve the same message, because orders and subscription details belong to the account used to place the order. Once you reach the panel, do not start by looking for an app installer; confirm your plan first so the account receives usable subscription content.
Choose a Plan and Place Your Order
After signing in, open the plans section and decide whether a monthly subscription or a data package better matches your usage. Monthly subscriptions include a recurring data allowance that resets each month on the activation date: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. For variable usage, choose a data package that lasts until used and never expires: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. When upgrading a monthly subscription, the price difference is converted into remaining days.
Once you have chosen a plan, verify its name, data allowance, and billing period in the plan details before proceeding to order confirmation. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Choose an available method and follow the panel instructions to complete payment. After returning to the panel, use the order status and plan details in the account overview to confirm the result; do not judge it only by whether the payment page closes. If the status has not updated, wait briefly and reopen the overview instead of repeating the same order.
All plans support unlimited devices, making it easy to configure your own computers and mobile devices. The main choice depends on data usage rather than device count. If you are unsure which option fits, review the billing rules and data-package differences on the plans page before returning to the user panel. Refunds after the first payment are governed by the refund policy; the marketing pages state a 14-day no-questions-asked refund.
Retrieve Your Subscription from the Account Overview
After your order takes effect, open the account overview and find the subscription section. It normally shows the plan status, remaining data, and the control for importing the subscription into a client. Click Copy Subscription Address to place the full address on your clipboard, then go directly to the client for your platform. There is no need to split the address manually or enter routes one by one.
The subscription address is the credential a client uses to read route data, so keep it only on devices you control. Do not paste it into public websites, screenshots, or public discussions. If you need to recognize its format, use an obvious example such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN; this example cannot connect to AmdVPN and contains no real subscription information.
After copying, you can keep the user panel open temporarily and return to it after the client imports successfully. If copying produces no feedback, allow clipboard access in your browser and try again, or select and copy the full content shown in the panel. If you still cannot retrieve the subscription, visit the support page for account and subscription questions rather than searching elsewhere for a supposedly universal subscription address.
Import Your Subscription into a Client
A client reads the subscription, displays available routes, and establishes the system network connection. Use the download section in the user panel to find the client for your platform. This guide does not provide static installers or ask you to copy configuration from unfamiliar pages. After installation, allow the network configuration permission requested by the system, then find the subscription import option for your platform below.
Windows
Open a Windows client that supports remote subscriptions and look in the sidebar or top menu for “Subscription Management,” “Configuration,” or “Import from URL.” Create a subscription entry, paste the address copied from the account overview into the URL field, give it a recognizable name such as AmdVPN, save it, and run an update. Return to the main screen and confirm that routes grouped by region are visible. Then choose a route rather than leaving the subscription on a saved-only page.
macOS
In the macOS client, open the configuration or subscription page and choose the option to add a remote configuration by link. Paste the subscription address, save it, and click refresh or update to write the route data locally. The first connection may require permission to add a network configuration and system authentication; this is a normal step for creating the network interface. After authorization, return to the main client screen and confirm that both the subscription name and route list are visible before verifying the connection.
Android
On the Android client home screen, open configuration management, tap Add, and choose “Import from URL” or an equivalent remote-subscription option. Paste the address, confirm, and wait for the first update to finish. Some clients require you to select the newly imported configuration before the routes and connection button on the main screen switch to that subscription. Allow the system to establish the network connection the first time, then check the current status from the notification area if needed.
iOS
Open the user panel and follow the iOS client entry to install a client that supports remote subscriptions. In the client, open the subscriptions, configurations, or remote files section, choose Add Link, paste the subscription address, and update it. The first connection displays a system authorization prompt for network configuration; confirm it before connecting. If no routes appear after import, return to the subscription page and refresh it manually, then check that the active configuration is the AmdVPN subscription you just added.
After import, every platform should show selectable regional routes, a recent update status on the subscription page, and connection controls on the main screen. If you see the subscription name but no routes, an update usually has not run yet. If routes appear but cannot be used, first confirm that the current configuration is selected. You do not need to choose between Shadowsocks, VMess, Trojan, VLESS, Hysteria2, and TUIC during initial setup; read the route and protocol reference after the connection works.
Connect and Confirm It Works
Return to the client’s main screen and narrow your choices to the region where the service you plan to access is located. Then select an available route from that region. Click Connect and wait for the status to change to Connected, while checking for a network indicator in the system status area. Avoid switching between multiple routes repeatedly; let the current connection establish before testing so you can distinguish a route issue from a client that has not connected yet.
Once connected, open this site’s “My IP” page and check whether your outgoing information has changed. Then visit the website or app you actually need to use and confirm that it loads normally. Some apps retain sessions created before the connection, so if the client says Connected but the app still uses the old path, fully close and reopen the app. Refresh browser pages before deciding that the subscription needs to be imported again.
If the content you want has regional requirements, choose a route in the matching region. For example, select a Japan route when accessing content for Japan instead of comparing route names alone. AmdVPN covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes, which you can adjust after connecting based on region, time of day, and app type. For your first setup, simply confirm that a connection can be established, the outgoing information changes, and the target service is accessible; there is no need to configure every advanced routing option at once.
Troubleshoot Connection Issues in Order
If you cannot connect, return to the subscription page and run an update. Confirm that the plan is still active and that the route list is not empty. Next, switch to another route in the same target region and try again to rule out a temporary issue with one path. If no route connects, check that the client has permission to configure the network and that other network tools are not occupying the connection at the same time.
If the connection is established but one website or app cannot be reached, use a regular webpage to confirm that the basic connection works, then reopen the target app. If only content from a specific region fails, change the route region. If every page fails to load, check the client connection mode, subscription update status, and local network first. Do not repeatedly delete accounts or place new orders before identifying the issue; those actions will not fix client permissions or route selection.
More detailed connection, speed, and route troubleshooting is organized on the support page, including failed subscription updates, client errors, regional selection, and billing status. This page stays focused on the practical setup path. For direct connections, relays, dedicated routes, and the resource usage of different protocols, continue to the in-depth technical reference.
